Press more straw

For many agricultural enterprises the first phase of harvesting kicks off now with the first cut. The first forecasts for the harvest 2012 are being made and, unfortunately, it does not look too good.

In some regions losses in the yield of grain as well as straw are anticipated for this year. The immense damages to winter cereals at the beginning of the year have forced many farmers to sow new summer grain. But, due to the occasional severe dryness the grain has grown poorly. As a result, quality grain will be hard to obtain.

Very often the yield is not enough to cover the own demand and additional supplies have to be purchased. Unfortunately, this year’s weather has a major impact in sales regions where the amount of pressed straw is too low to be sold with profits.

Therefore, gruuna would like to plea to press more straw in order to sell these reserves at good prices in the upcoming winter and spring 2013. If you have not been effected by the winter damages, seize the opportunity to enter your grain at a good price and sell it profitably.

Winter damages have destroyed a lot of your goods? Let us know what you are looking for and we will support you.
